Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026

These Terms govern use of Automa, the business automation workspace provided by W Studio 3D. By creating an account or using Automa, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Automa provides a workspace for businesses to organize contacts, configure AI agents, create automations, and connect approved third-party services. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that each person who uses your workspace is authorized to do so.

3. Your content and data

You retain responsibility for the contacts, documents, prompts, messages, and other data you submit to Automa. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content and instruct Automa to process it. You must not use Automa to process unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

4. AI agents and automations

Automa can use AI providers to generate responses and content based on the instructions and context you supply. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, setting appropriate instructions and safeguards, and making the final decision before relying on or sending an AI-generated result.

5. Email and external communications

When you connect Gmail or another communication service, you authorize Automa to perform only the actions you request through that integration. You are responsible for your recipient lists, message content, required notices, opt-outs, and compliance with applicable email, privacy, consumer-protection, and anti-spam laws. Do not use Automa to send unsolicited or abusive messages.

6. Third-party services

Connected services, including Google, Firebase, Vercel, and OpenAI, are independent providers with their own terms and policies. Your use of a connected service is also subject to that provider's rules. W Studio 3D is not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of third-party services.

7. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with Automa, attempt to bypass security controls, access another account or workspace without authorization, use the service to distribute malware, impersonate others, violate privacy rights, or use automated communications in a way that violates applicable law.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Automa reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the product.

9. Ending use

You may stop using Automa at any time and remove available workspace data through the product controls. We may suspend or end access when use violates these Terms, creates a security risk, or is required by law.

10. Disclaimers and limits

Automa is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, W Studio 3D does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or outcome-specific service. You remain responsible for your business decisions, customer communications, contracts, and legal compliance.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. For questions, contact W Studio 3D through the support channel provided with your Automa account.
